Rob will talk & teach the basics of pairing food & wine.
Each guest receives:
- A personal meat & cheeseboard.
- 3 oz ea of a Sparkling Wine, 1 White, 2 Red Wines and a dessert wine.
Rob is a Graduate of University California Davis wine program, level 2 Sommelier of Le Cordon Bleu.
He is also Founder and winemaker of Lewis Station Winery in Lake Mills, WI and Stable Rock Winery & distillery in Jefferson, Wisconsin, Certified Wine Educator with the Society of Wine Educators, part time resident in Seminole, Fl.
